In every way possible, we enjoyed ourselves immensely not just because the ice cream was excellent, but also thanks to the stunningly illuminated tree in the background, resembling those at the Ayala Triangle Light & Sound Show!

Replicating Ayala Triangle's Annual Festival of Lights is of course not an issue for Fairview Terraces, another Ayala Land development that was inaugurated barely ten months ago.

Three of our fave desserts/coffee shops are located around the mall's imposing centerpiece which made our dining experience truly enjoyable, every single time.

BASKIN-ROBBINS

Avid fans of the legendary ice cream brand have waited for months and finally, just a few weeks ago, Baskin-Robbins has opened its third shop in the northern half of Quezon City.

The newly-opened ice cream shop never ran out of customers eager to try Baskin-Robbins' variety of flavors. In fact, I had to wait for some time not only due to the significant amount of clients; but, also because of the overwhelming number of flavors to choose from!

We could sample four flavors projecting distinct characteristics that left us wanting more! With a creamy texture similar to Haagen-Dazs combined with Better-than-Ice Cream's (BTIC) unmistakable gumminess, the resulting frozen confection is absolutely amazing!

To satisfy every lingering sweet tooth, we always head over to Cupcakes by Sonja basically for its inimitable flavors and designs. True to its evolving nature, the shop now offers mini versions of our fave variants.

During our visits, every time we order Sonja's Pistachio Berri & Cream and Red Velvet, we can't help but rave about the lovely interplay of tastes and textures experienced in every bite.

THE COFFEE BEAN AND TEA LEAF

CBTL offers not only good coffee and tea variants but a respectable array of baked goodies as well. To perk up some downtime, CBTL's Trademark Chocolate Cake AND Scone- either raisin or chocolate chip in nature- is enough to energize. Don't forget to partner them either with a CBTL Frappe or Tea for a more satiating experience.
